Hot sketch! I love just a simple, yet dynamic one medium sketch, be it ball point or pencil... we sometimes get carried away and forget how powerful a sketch like this can be. Good stuff.

Mmmm. The simplest answer would be . . . it just didn't click for me - I didn't have passion or the desire to make a lifelong commitment to it.

I found it terribly frustrating (politics etc) and I didn't have a real "passion" for cars per se. More of a passion for sketching in general. Besides that, I found the long product development process of 2-5 years unappealing, and the corporate environment just wasn't for me. So I find myself now happy with product design at a consulting firm - personally I find this more exciting and engaging. Always something new to work on every few weeks and it's a good chance to cut my teeth with some top notch designers.

I'm glad I had my internship with GM though. It was a great experience and I learned alot. I wouldn't trade that internship experience for anything.

So without going into much more detail, that's why.
