Guidlines:
Challenge Lasts 1 week. The idea is to focus on sketching, not rendering.

Winners will be voted on by the community. Voting will Start each Tuesday morning and end that same day at 12:00 midnight. Winners will be announced every Wednesday. (Im waiting to get a few more participants before we start voting)

In the past Spencer has been kind enough to give the winners some front page action...hopefully this will continue but no promises.

~An entry is all pages you posts for the week, not just a presentation page. The forum supports a maximum image of 900x900
~Don't submit design boards with all kinds of pretty colors, keep it very simple and true to the sketch
~Include as many views as you like, but make sure the final design is clear.
~Make sure your design has a name.
~If you do action shots, everyone will love you, so include them if you can.
~Make sure you convey all of the features of your design well, people will judge you on the features, of course.

Regular sketching-
~one pen/pencil
~one or two colors of marker/pencil

Digital sketching-
~onepen/pencil brush
~one or two large/other brushes (paintbrush/marker,etc)

Topic:
This week its Boomboxes. In current form(Ipod speakers/desktop set) or past form(the traditional bad mudda, lots of knobs and analog). Pick a direction/style and flow with it.

Next weeks topic is going to be a mix of two topics. (example: combine fish bowl and light stand) Hopefully we can get some more participation and see what every body comes up with . (People who haven't contributed yet we would love to have you submit some stuff. Just post your stuff however bad or good and get some feedback and practice without the pressure)

i was thinking about a media player that is just a speaker , and somehow couldn't get a alarm clock image out of my head.! so here it is , the CMP Circular media player
didnt really explore things this time so no ideation pages

Here are some random thumbnails. Sketched some ideas in my head and just let it go from there.

Line paper is gone guys. A4 layout pad, ball point and pencil. Will bring one of those ideas to concept more detailed sketch.
