The robots are pretty cool but you should work more on proportions, especially that woman. If you want to draw people or humanoid robots I suggest you practice figure drawing first. Correct proportions and poses are what's most important to make the sketch look right. If that's wrong it doesn't matter how good the details are.

Cars are a challenge to anyone, even people who draw them regularly. It takes a lot of practice to get the perspectives right. I would say that to draw cars effectively, the two main things to learn are proper proportions, and details. I (try to) sketch cars all the time as warm up, and I get a little bit better every time. Repetition, and reference are key. Here are a few car designer blogs that I have in my google reader...they usually update with great work:

I have more, but these should be enough to get you going and inspired. Just reference these guys for proportions, shading techniques, etc. You'll get there with practice. Best of luck!
