It's a good thing I was alone at the office today, because there was an audible outburst when I saw the ruler and ellipse guide. The rotate canvas, custom brushes should be really nice too. Actually, everything looks great, though I don't see myself using symmetry much (though others do, apparently, so maybe I will).

I do wish there was a bare bones text tool, so I could make neat callouts without going to another program. But even so, I'm definitely excited.

Well I'm not sure if they are going to release the trial version right away or just keep SBP 2009 up for download. I guess we will all be waiting to see! Stay close for more news on this when it drops.

Very exciting!
I'm really looking forward to the sketching with symmetry, the straight edge ruler and elliptical ruler.

Thanks for your site. It is truly a goldmine of resources. It would have been nice to have it available my first couple of years as an ID student to reinforce what was taught in school.
