No new posts Michael Ditullo

Michael DiTullo is a design geek. While you are out at a bowling night, or competing in your local softball league, you can bet he is designing stuff just for fun. Currently he is a Design Director at Converse. Prior to Converse he was a designer at Brand Jordan and Nike. Michael started his career at Evo Design, a multidisciplinary design firm, and still frequently collaborates with the team there.

No new posts Steve McDonald

Our new contributor has been around design since most of us were still in diapers. He has worked on a variety of projects for companies such as Apple, Esprit, Fila, Patagonia, Scarpa, and Nike to name a few. He currently runs his own show and does work for Nike’s innovation kitchen, keeping himself very much in the design game. He is one of my personal friends and design heroes…Steve McDonald! - The Godfather

No new posts Cheng Kue

Drawing started in early in Cheng’s life. Who would of known that surgery on his right thumb at 1 year old would allow him to hold a pencil correctly or a scalpel [mom always wanted him to be a surgeon]. “I never drew hairy people or animals. I always drew aliens and spaceships.” His most recent experience was with adidas. There he designed basketball and running footwear and developed into a much more refined designer. A great studio will inspire you to inspire others. Cheng personally feels sketching is a skill everyone can learn. “I hope to one day return the knowledge and experience I’ve learned to young designers…A great sketch is understood emotionally” -Cheng
